🧑‍🎓 About Me

I am a Research Assistant in Dr. Jing Cheng’s research group at the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Peking University. My research lies at the intersection of remote sensing, computer vision, and Earth science.

I received my M.Eng. in Remote Sensing Science and Technology from Beijing Normal University (BNU) in June 2026. During my master’s studies, I was supervised by Prof. Zhiqiang Xiao and worked as a member of the MUSES team.

I obtained my B.Eng. in Resources Prospecting Engineering, with a specialization in solid mineral exploration, from the China University of Geosciences (Beijing) (CUGB) in June 2023. I graduated with the distinction of Outstanding Graduate and completed my undergraduate thesis under the supervision of Prof. Gongwen Wang.

🛰️ Research Interests

  • Remote sensing and computer vision, with a focus on image restoration, super-resolution, and multimodal data fusion
  • Spatiotemporal reconstruction of remote sensing time-series data, including biophysical variables and vegetation indices such as LAI and NDVI
  • Deep learning for geoscience and Earth observation applications, particularly alteration mineral mapping

I am particularly interested in developing robust and generalizable learning-based methods for long-term and multimodal Earth observation.

🌟 Research Highlights

  • Cross-Spectral Super-Resolution — Developed deep learning-based super-resolution methods for remote sensing image restoration and alteration mineral mapping, resulting in a first-author publication in JAG.

  • Spatiotemporal Reconstruction of Vegetation Parameters — Developed spatial downscaling and temporal extension approaches for long-term satellite-derived LAI products, with related work presented at IGARSS 2025.

  • Long-Term Ecosystem Monitoring — Applying multi-temporal satellite observations and deep learning to investigate long-term vegetation dynamics in wetland ecosystems, supported by field observations in Baiyangdian.
